Scheduled Sessions

The fees include one hour sessions. Sessions are face-to face, over the phone or via Skype at a time that is mutually agreeable.

Fees

Fees are due at the first session of each new month or at the end of each session. Payment can be made by Cash, Cheque or Direct Deposit.

Holistic Counselling - Structure of Service

Individual Counselling 1 hour session: $120 (including GST)

Couples Counselling - Structure of Service

Couples Counselling 1 hour session: $150 (including GST)

Transformational Life Coaching - Structure of Service

4 x 1 hour weekly sessions per month for a recommended minimum of 3 months
$480 (including GST) per month

2 x 1 hour sessions per month for a recommended minimum of 6 months
$120 per session (including GST)

* discounted rates are available on all services for Pensioners, Students, Unemployed or those with special needs.

Business Coaching - Structure of Service

4 x 1 hour weekly sessions per month for a recommended minimum of 3 months
$500 - $1000 (including GST) per month

2 x 1 hour sessions per month for a recommended minimum of 6 months
$125 - $250 per session (including GST)

Business Coaching rates vary and are determined on a case-by-case basis to meet the specific requirements of the client.
Rates are reflective of the structure and nature of the business coaching needed.
